Depression

I must admit I was a little sceptical at first even though I believe in alternative therapies. From the word go Bally amazed me by what the sessions would achieve and that the solutions would come from me, boy was she right. I am still amazed by what she has done for me and helped me to achieve the goals I wanted to achieve. The relaxations at the end are fantastic and prepares the mind and relaxes the body. I can not recommend this highly enough for what it achieved for me. Thank you Bally.
